NOTICE BOARD
AGM - 20/07/2008 (14/07/2008)

The Annual General Meeting of East Hoathly Junior Football Club will be held at the Foresters Pub, East Hoathly on Sunday 20th July 2008 at 8.00pm.

As parents/carers of children playing for the club, you are invited to attend this, hopefully short, meeting. However, if you are attending, please can you let me know (no need to respond if you are not coming).

The agenda will be as follows:

1. Approval of 2007 AGM Minutes - Please contact me for a copy of last years minutes if want your own copy
2. Matters Arising not covered by this Agenda
3. Finance
4. Election of Club Officers: Chairman - Andrew Knight , Secretary - Simon Aldis, Treasurer - Carol Washer
5. Any Other Business

The meeting will then be followed by a Club Committee Meeting (Managers & Club Officers only)

FA Charter Standard (05/03/2007)

East Hoathly Eagles Junior Football Club are proud to announce that they have obtained The FA Charter Standard for Clubs, this means that we have demonstrated to The FA that we have met the following criteria
1. Having a Club Constitution
2. Successful Financial Management
3. Codes of Conduct for all members
players/coaches and parents
4. Liability Insurance
5. Equity Policy
6. Child Protection Policy
7. Qualified coaches for each age
